What to Carry

Insurance or TPA card, a government photo ID, the doctor's admission advice and previous treatment records. For planned admissions, share these at least 48 hours ahead so pre-authorisation is approved before you arrive.

Emergency Admissions

Treatment starts first. Our desk raises pre-authorisation in parallel, usually within a couple of hours of admission, and keeps the family updated on approval status.

Why Claims Get Delayed

Incomplete pre-authorisation forms, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, waiting-period clauses and non-medical consumables are the usual causes. Reviewing your policy limits with our desk before admission avoids most surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all treatments cashless?

Room-rent caps, consumables and certain exclusions may remain payable. Our desk shares an estimate before admission.
