Physiotherapy
In-house physiotherapy for post-operative, orthopaedic, neurological and pregnancy-related rehabilitation.
What This Service Covers
Our physiotherapy unit supports recovery after joint replacement, fracture fixation, spine and abdominal surgery, and treats back and neck pain, frozen shoulder, knee pain, sports injuries and postural problems with a graded, measurable exercise plan.
Neurological rehabilitation covers post-stroke mobility, balance and gait training, along with fall-prevention work for older adults. Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy helps with back pain, pelvic floor strength and safe return to activity.
Sessions combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, IFT and traction, with a home exercise programme so progress continues between visits.
Consultants Supporting Physiotherapy
